FanGrid SMS Terms & Conditions

These FanGrid SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe how FanGrid (“FanGrid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with you. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages from FanGrid, you consent to these SMS Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, do not opt in to receive SMS messages from FanGrid.
1. Program Description
FanGrid may send you SMS messages for the following purposes:

In general, FanGrid will send up to 3 SMS messages per week, excluding essential security/account messages (such as OTPs, password reset verification codes, or critical account alerts), which may be sent as needed.
6. Carrier & Delivery
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of FanGrid’s control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may vary and can change at any time without notice. Service may not be available in all areas or on all carriers or devices.
7. Your Responsibilities
By opting in to FanGrid SMS:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use FanGrid and to consent to these SMS Terms.
8. Privacy
FanGrid’s use of your personal information, including your mobile number, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use your phone number only as described in these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy, including for account verification, transactional notifications, and optional alerts related to your FanGrid activity and preferences.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update or modify these SMS Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Any changes are effective when posted to our website unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of FanGrid or continued receipt of SMS messages after the revised SMS Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated SMS Terms, you must opt out of SMS messaging as described in Section 3.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SMS messages from FanGrid are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may not be timely or error-free. We are not responsible for:
